Following the charter of the Archdiocese of New Orleans and the directives from the Archbishop, all employees and volunteers (18 years and older) who have regular contact with minors must complete the following two-part process before working with children:

d password. The access code is “safety.”
1. Attend a safe environment training session. The sessions last approximately one hour. A list of training sessions can be found at https://www.arch-no.org/safe_environment
YOU MUST CLICK “SAVE” OR “SUBMIT” AT THE END OF EACH PAGE OF THE APPLICATION OR ALL INFORMATION WILL BE LOST.
Parents have a right to observe programs and activities, excluding regular classroom curriculum, in which their children are involved. However, any adult who desires to participate in or have ongoing or unsupervised contact with children in school or parish programs, or drive students in activities related to these programs, must fulfill the requirements as stated above.
